Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Exhibition Manager to lead the planning and execution of our exhibitions and trade shows. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event operations, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating engaging experiences that promote our brand and drive attendee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning : Oversee and manage all operational aspects of exhibitions, including venue selection, layout design, and logistics.
  • Budget Management : Develop and manage the exhibition budget, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
  • Vendor Management : Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure services such as booth construction, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • On-Site Management : Supervise on-site operations during the exhibition, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies that enhance the exhibitions visibility and impact.
  • Lead Generation : Implement strategies for capturing leads and ensure effective follow-up post-events to maximize engagement.
  • Performance Reporting : Analyze exhibition performance metrics and provide detailed reports on outcomes, insights, and recommendations for future events.
  • Compliance and Safety : Ensure compliance with venue regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  • Post-Event Analysis : Conduct debriefs and analyze performance metrics to assess the success of exhibitions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall quality of exhibitions.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Required at 10 years of experience in event operations, preferably in trade shows.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel as required for events.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in exhibitions.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to exhibitions.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite)
