Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Learning and Development Facilitator to join our team. This role is essential in enhancing the skills and competencies of our workforce through effective training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement practices. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs focused on production planning, inventory control, and demand planning.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI to analyze training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops on root cause analysis, Six Sigma principles, and lean practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.
- Support employees in understanding how to fabricate and procure materials effectively within their roles.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a learning and development role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, demand planning, lean methodologies, root cause analysis, and Six Sigma.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI to drive insights from training data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Relevant certifications in training or facilitation are a plus.
