Perform activities in the accounting, accounts receivable and human resources
Duties
- Maintain and update new hire paperwork
- Manage health and general insurance coverage
- Keep company in compliance with insurance reporting/requirements
- COBRA administration
- OSHA administration ? including recording accidents and OSHA reporting
- Managing A/R ? including mailing invoices/statements, notice of furnishings and liens, and sending open order and aging reports to staff
- Making timely deposits ? credit card and checks/cash
- Bank reconciliation
- Running end of the month inventory and management reports
- Calculating payroll to be processed by another department
- Processing 1099?s at the beginning of the year
- Misc. supply ordering This is a primary list, but non-inclusive
