We’re Looking for One of the Following Individuals:
- Experienced Construction Expert: Someone who has successfully executed a similar role in a construction company and knows the ins and outs of it with a proven track record of overseeing all phases of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Industry-Savvy Candidate: Someone with some background in roofing, construction, or similar industry, who brings additional valuable experience and is confident they can step into this demanding role and quickly adapt to the pace and expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage construction schedules with crews, suppliers, customers, & teammates.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure projects meet standards.
- Resolve construction issues promptly with a high level of professionalism.
- Small repairs as needed.
- Other duties as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operations.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to climb ladders and work on rooftops.
- Ability to lift heavy items.
- Ability to work in extreme environments.
- Able to handle extensive driving daily between job sites.
Schedule: Our schedule for this position is flexible-hybrid and will be discussed during the interview process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
