Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced Roofing or Construction Sales Professionals – If you’ve worked in roofing or construction sales and have a strong track record of closing deals, you’ll be able to jump right in and start earning.
  • Motivated Sales Professionals from Other Industries – If you’re coming from industries like car sales, phone sales, alarm systems, pest control, real estate, or property management and want to transition into high-ticket outside sales, we’ll provide the tools and training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door and outside sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and industry partners.
  • Perform roof and property inspections.
  • Present and sell company products and services effectively.
  • Track and manage sales activities and progress.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops.
  • Must be able to lift heavy materials.
  • Work in various outdoor conditions.
  • Travel between job sites as needed.

Schedule:

Our schedule for this position is flexible-hybrid and will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
