What You'll Do:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling and networking.
- Property Inspections: Perform thorough roof inspections and provide accurate assessments.
- Sales Presentations & Closing: Present roofing solutions and close sales.
- Insurance Claim Assistance: Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process.
- Insurance Adjuster Meetings: Meet with adjusters and create detailed scopes of work.
- Contracting & Project Management: Finalize contracts and assist with project management.
- Estimating & Supplementing: Learn advanced roofing systems and other exterior trades.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and follow-up with clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Training & Development: Participate in company meetings and utilize Mighty Dog Roofing University.
What We're Looking For:
- Local or Nashville natives will excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Coachability and a passion for learning.
- Ability to pass a background check and possess a valid driver's license.
- Experience in sales (roofing, home services, car sales, insurance, etc. is a plus).
- Ability to perform roof inspections (we will train you).
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- The grit and determination to overcome challenges and achieve your goals.
- Commitment to providing courteous customer education, and conducting yourself with the highest level of integrity and ethics.
Compensation:
- $35,000 - $150,000 per year (commission-based).
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekend availability.
Supplemental Pay:
- Weekly stipend for the first six weeks.
- Bonus pay.
