Job Overview
Mighty Dog Roofing of South Jersey is looking for experienced exterior remodeling sales reps. We are looking for individuals who have worked in this related field are sick of being burned out by demanding schedule. We truly provide you with a great work/life balance. Know what your schedule is going to be like a few days in advance with a qualified, confirmed, and vetted out appointment. We do expect our reps to network with real estate agencies, restoration companies, door to door canvassing around company provided appointment, local businesses, etc. We want to be the #1 Roofer in all of South Jersey while committed to providing our customers with the proper customer service they deserve from start to finish. Can start off part time or go full time, you can also just work weekends if you prefer that. Open to all.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates in accordance with prospective home you are running appointment for a day or two in advance
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on design options and materials
- Clear, cut, and decisive on decision making
- Ability to follow up, if you cannot one call close
- Stay up to date on all your potential sales
- Communicate with the team, ask for him, help others
- Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up
Skills
- Proven experience in remodeling projects with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in outside sales strategies, including negotiation skills to secure contracts.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures for accurate financial transactions.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently when required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly to clients and team members.

Pay: From $89,797.00 per year
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
