- Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls with technicians
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Process invoices, payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Order office and HVAC supplies as needed
- Assist with payroll, timesheets, and technician scheduling
- Support management with administrative tasks and special projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office administration or customer service role (HVAC or trades industry experience a plus)
