About the Role
This part-time position (10–20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who thrives on strategic coordination and hands-on execution. As our Strategic Executive Assistant, you’ll work directly with the CEO to streamline operations, tackle complex challenges, and drive efficiency—both professionally and personally.
- In-Person Requirement : You will be expected to work at least four days per week at our coworking space, Temescal Works in Oakland , to facilitate collaboration and maintain our high-impact, balanced work culture.

Competitive Hourly Rate : We offer a competitive hourly rate, with our budget for this role at around $60K / year for the right candidate .
