About Us

We're a from-scratch bakery with a rotating menu that changes daily. Our bakeshop is an energetic, lively place to work, with a team of skilled bakers who share your passion for creating delicious treats.

Your Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring all products are available for respective meals, forecasting prep needs, and executing recipes to meet our high standards. You'll also assist the Pastry Chef in controlling food and labor costs, receiving and stocking ingredients, and providing oversight and coaching in the Pastry Shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate food production with meal hours to preserve quality, temperature, and appearance.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, stoves, dishwashers, mixers, and baking tools.
• Handle special orders and guest complaints professionally, maintaining diner safety standards.
• Maintain food safety, work station, and personal cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in baking or pastry work, preferably in a similar property or fine dining kitchen.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and employees, requiring patience, tact, and diplomacy.
• Familiarity with common food allergies and cross-contamination issues.
• Ability to work under pressure, deal with stressful situations, and adapt to changing priorities.
