Immigration Litigation Paralegal – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Migra 411, a dynamic and growing immigration law firm, is seeking an experienced Immigration Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have substantial experience in immigration court proceedings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing for Master and Individual Hearings
• Draft and file Written Pleadings, Motions, and Court filings
• Provide litigation support to attorneys handling removal defense cases
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring timely filings and deadlines are met
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary case information and provide updates
• Conduct legal research as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration litigation
• Strong knowledge of EOIR court procedures and filings
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
