Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate mechanical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with a focus on ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

Duties

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project schedules using tools such as Primavera and ProCore to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the build process, ensuring that all mechanical systems are installed according to specifications and industry standards.
• Utilize construction management software like Prolog for effective documentation and tracking of project progress.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Implement time management strategies to optimize resource allocation and maintain project timelines.
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project to ensure alignment and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
