Mika Meyers PLC is seeking an estate planning and probate attorney to join the firm. This individual will practice in the firms Grand Rapids office.
The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in estate planning and probate, with experience with developing comprehensive estate plans tailored to clients specific needs and goals, advising clients regarding the tax implications of estate planning and the ability to minimize tax liabilities through strategies like gift and estate tax planning, handling the probate process, including court proceedings, asset valuation, debt settlement, and distribution of assets, and advising trustees in the trust administration process.
Compensation and Benefits :
Compensation will be commensurate with education, skills, and experience.
