Mike Agruss Law is hiring a Remote Personal Injury Paralegal. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
Compensation : 25 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Case Management : Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all relevant documents such as medical records, employment documents, and correspondence are accurately filed and up-to-date.
- Drafting : Draft necessary legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Discovery : Propound and answer written discovery.
- Client and Professional Communication : Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and medical professionals, managing communication to ensure timely updates and information flow.
- Evidence Collection and Organization : Gather and meticulously organize evidence, including medical records, witness statements, and employment documentation, to support claims.
- Preparation for Hearings and Depositions : Assist in preparing for hearings and depositions by compiling relevant information, preparing exhibits, and ensuring all necessary documents and evidence are readily accessible for the attorney.
