This is a full-time position, the ideal candidate needs to be available for a flexible schedule. Monday through Thursday 10 : 30 am- 7 : 30 pm, Friday 9am-6 pm and Saturdays 9 am -6pm. Off Wednesdays and Sundays.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner
- Operate switchboard telephone system
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
- Assist with various clerical duties as needed
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Calculate the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system
- Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and / or counter ticket
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers. Have every repair order signed by the customer at time of payment.
- Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders and verify against all cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
- Work with department managers to keep abreast of new products and services offered by the dealership and any changes in price
- Refer customers who have additional questions to management
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication
- Process refunds to customers for approved returns
