Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the service process, recommending necessary maintenance, and ensuring their vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and gather information about their vehicle concerns.
- Advise customers on necessary services and repairs, providing clear explanations and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
- Valid driver’s license.
