Business Development Specialist
Mike Kelly Automotive is looking to hire a Business Development Specialist to join our Business Development Team. We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to work alongside our service and sales departments to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Our family-owned dealership offers a great work atmosphere and experienced management team.
Duties:
- Answer inbound calls and address customer questions and concerns
- Communicate with other departments to accommodate customer needs
- Scheduling service and/or sales appointments
- Contact customers for recommended service and promotions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Automotive product knowledge and experience preferred but not required Must exhibit drive and a positive attitude
Skills:
- Excellent verbal, email, and text communication skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Basic Phone Knowledge
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
