Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Duties

- Conduct outside sales calls to potential customers, presenting products and services effectively.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist clients with benefits administration, ensuring they understand their options and coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure adherence in all communications.
Requirements
