Executive Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with clients, analyzing market trends, and negotiating contracts. We specialize in offering worksite supplemental benefits through carriers such as Combined and Chubb. This role requires a proactive approach to outside sales, with an emphasis on building strong relationships with customers. Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Present and promote products/services to prospective clients in an engaging manner.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations when applicable.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and understanding of HIPAA regulations is desirable.
• Ability to analyze market data and identify trends that can influence sales strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills, demonstrating the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
• A self-starter mentality with a strong drive for results and a commitment to achieving targets.
