Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
• Manage sales administration tasks including tracking leads, preparing reports, and maintaining customer records.
• Provide information on benefits administration and insurance sales to clients, ensuring they understand their options.
• Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse client bases.
• Participate in outside sales activities, including attending networking events and trade shows to promote products and services.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related industries.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools.
• Knowledge of benefits administration is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
