The Service Advisor is the primary point-of-contact for customers having their vehicles serviced at the dealership.
Your Day-to-Day
- Schedules service appointments by gathering as much information on the needed repairs as possible.
- Greets customers on the Service Drive, performs a vehicle walk around and properly documents customer concerns for the technicians.
- Keeps customers informed on needed repairs, changes in cost quotes and the time vehicles will be ready for pick up.
- Completes an active delivery at the time of customer pick-up, reviews all work performed and goes over the final bill.
- Maintains excellent customer service scores.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company or manufacturer.

At least one year of prior automotive service experience. Outstanding organization and follow-up skills. Desire to provide a high level of customer service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient with computers. Must be goal driven and have a strong desire to succeed. Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years.

Our experienced advisors are earning between $93,000 - $170,000.
