Job Summary
Mike's Famous Harley-Davidson is seeking a Seasonal Receptionist/Greeter. You will be responsible for receiving all incoming dealership calls including screening/transferring calls to the appropriate departments. Will greet & appropriately direct all guests who enter the showroom as well as perform delegated tasks to assist departments with basic data entry and other related work. Must be energetic, professional, and able to multitask under pressure.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.
Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday Seasonal.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them to the appropriate department and answering general inquiries.
- Answer all calls within the first 3 rings, transfer, screen, and record/relay messages accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide general information to callers.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements throughout the dealership.
- Provide administrative and clerical support for all departments.
- Assist with data entry and documents.
- Document conversations with customers in the CRM
- Keep reception area tidy and maintained.
- Control inventory relevant to reception area.
- Assist Marketing Department with setting up and hosting of events.
- Qualifications and Skills
- Previous front desk reception and customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain an outgoing, friendly, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Strong phone/email/text communication skills.
- Must be internet savvy, have good computer, grammar, typing, and organizational skills.
- Excellent follow through and follow up skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Able to work flexible hours and most weekends.
