The environment is fast paced and requires a skill in multi-tasking. The ability to work well independently as well as with a team is key:

  • Responsible for answering multiple phone lines and accurately recording customer information into scheduling system.
  • Proper communication with customer and possessing a professional telephone etiquette is a must.
  • Answering emails in a timely manner.
  • Calling accounts to reschedule or collect payment
  • Data entry and scanning files to upload to customer accounts
  • Aware of current pricing for services and what is covered under each.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional business-like and timely manner.
  • Possesses the ability to multi-task without losing focus
  • Learning to schedule technician's routes according to area and communicating with office staff and technicians to complete tasks.
  • Keeping work area clean and organized.
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned by Manager.
  • Opportunity for overtime available
  • Alternating Saturdays.
  • $15/ Hour after training is completed.

As a Scheduling Clerk, you will be essential in managing appointments and ensuring efficient office operations. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core skills in clerical work, customer service, and organizational abilities will help maintain a well-structured schedule. Your proficiency in phone etiquette and computer literacy will enhance communication with clients and staff. Additionally, your premium skills in office management and experience with multi-line phone systems will support a seamless workflow. Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent organizational and clerical experience
  • Effective customer service and phone etiquette
  • Experience with data entry, filing, and calendar management
  • Familiarity with and multi-line phone systems is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
