Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with proofreading documents
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the organization's services
Requirements
- Proficiency in office management software and applications
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary is preferred
- Proficiency English/ Spanish
- Knowledge of dental receptionist procedures is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
