Milan Heath Care Center , a long-term care facility is currently seeking a team leader who has strong leadership skills, a rehabilitation focus, and is challenged by high acuity residents, to be the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC). Requirements is to possess an unencumbered Missouri LPN or RN license, previous long term care experience, a commitment to total Quality Management, strong assessment, and documentation skills, and enjoy working with the elderly. Experience working with behavior challenged residents strongly preferred.
_Duties Include (but are not limited to)
_· Provide Daily Care to the residents
· Assist with dinning needs
· Respond to call lights
· Chart / Document resident cares
· Engage / Converse / Have Fun with residents
