Note: For the past 10 years, we’ve primarily served industrial/manufacturing clients, but beginning in Q2 we are expanding into five new industries.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will oversee our team of Growth Marketing Specialists and serve as the strategic leader responsible for all client performance outcomes. You will lead the development and execution of high-impact digital marketing strategies, ensuring measurable growth and optimization across all accounts.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-channel marketing expertise, and the ability to coach and guide team members to success. You will be responsible for both the people management of your team and the performance results of all accounts under your supervision.
You must be confident leading multi-channel marketing programs, driving accountability, and identifying opportunities to improve performance at both the client and organizational level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and Manage Growth Marketers: Oversee a team of Growth Marketing Specialists, providing direction, support, and professional development to ensure high performance.
- Own Client Strategy and Results: Be accountable for the marketing success of all agency clients; ensure strategies align with client goals and drive measurable results.
- Quality Control & Performance Oversight: Review and optimize marketing strategies, campaigns, and reporting across all accounts.
- Mentor and Develop Talent: Regularly coach Growth Marketers on performance marketing, strategy development, client communication, and execution tactics.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams (SEO, Web, Design, Video, etc.) to support flawless campaign execution.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to quarterly and annual strategic planning across client portfolios and internal marketing processes.
- Client Escalations & High-Impact Strategy: Serve as a senior-level contact for client escalations, strategic pivots, and key account planning.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance evaluations for Growth Marketing Specialists, based on client KPIs and internal contribution.
- Optimize Internal Processes: Identify areas for operational improvement, campaign workflow optimization, and better client experience.
KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS (KPIs)
- Client Performance Health Score: Trackable success rate across campaigns managed by your team.
- Team Productivity & Efficiency: Ensure timely and quality execution of client deliverables.
- Client Retention Rate: Maximize renewals and long-term client relationships.
- Revenue Growth per Account: Guide your team to drive client revenue through high-performing strategies.
- MQL Generation & CAC Metrics: Oversee and improve key conversion metrics across accounts.

- Problem Solver: You identify issues before they happen and resolve them with calm, confidence, and strategic clarity.
