Summary
As the Digital Marketing Director, you will lead our marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement through innovative digital strategies. Reporting to the President, you will utilize your core skills in digital marketing and analytics to develop data-driven campaigns. Your expertise in SEO, social media management, and conversion optimization will be essential in achieving our business objectives. Additionally, your proficiency in content creation and performance marketing will empower you to effectively manage our online presence and deliver measurable results in a competitive landscape.
Job Functions
- Develop marketing calendar with detailed implementation plans, aligned with the brand strategy.
- Manage a social media/digital marketing specialist and a graphic designer, ensuring that messaging and design are on brand, and compelling to the target audience.
- Create robust and consistent email marketing and sms campaigns, coinciding with the brand calendar, and establish targeted email and sms marketing flows/journeys that drive revenue.
- Provide oversight on social media and influencer strategy and ensure the calendar supports critical launch dates and events, approve content, and regularly track and report on KPI results.
- Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation via digital means, as well as through wholesalers and company showrooms.
- Directly create digital campaigns, as well as oversee digital agencies, ensuring that brand guidelines are adhered to, and ROAS and other goals are achieved.
- Provide creative direction, and ensure flawless execution of packaging, collateral, digital assets, and advertising.
- Oversee SEO agency to ensure website is optimized for search results
- Stay abreast of competitors and trends, and continuously seeks new ways to drive revenues.
- Ensure website is fully optimized for strong UX/UI and conversions
