● Initiate and lead discussions with potential strategic partners, successfully

Team Building and Process Optimization:
● Build high-performing teams within the Product Development and Operations
departments, creating efficient processes and fostering a culture of innovation and
excellence.
Inventory Management:
● Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste,
optimize stock levels, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
Business Strategy and Growth:
● Contribute to the overall business strategy by identifying growth opportunities,
aligning product development efforts with company objectives, and developing
innovative strategies to increase market share.
Operational Excellence:
● Streamline operational processes, including sourcing and production, to enhance
efficiency, reduce costs, and improve speed-to-market.
Quality Control:
● Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the product development

● Collaborate closely with the Design and Production teams to negotiate prices and
