Location: Delton Family Medical Center - Wisconsin Dells, WI
Schedule: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period; Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
Weekend rotation: No Weekends
Holiday rotation: Paid Holidays
Position Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for facilitating practitioner efficiency and quality patient care.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients based on the application of scientific principles, under the supervision of a registered professional nurse.
- Assist in relevant health teaching for patient and family.
- Share responsibility for the planning, implementation, and nursing care.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing knowledge, information, and ideas among team members.
- Prepare, administer, and record medications in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed practical nurse.
- Perform complex nursing activities as competence increases.
- Participate in emergency care.
- Record information concisely, accurately, and completely.
- Attend scheduled Patient Care Staff Meetings.
- Conform to Clinic department dress code.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to schedule changes; maintain good work attendance; assist other staff in completion of duties.
- Document observations, data collection, treatments, etc. in EHR.
- Seeks opportunity for continued learning.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Position Requirements:
- LPN license required.
- BLS within 1 month of hire.
- Must maintain a valid, current driver's license.
- 1 years of related work experience preferred.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.

- Knowledgeable regarding medication administration.
