Responsibilities
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Establish rapport with customers to build strong network and consult during buying process to figure out their needs and wants for a vehicle
- Be the vehicle expert and have a deep understanding of our product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Follow-up with buyers before and after purchase to ensure referral business
- Work with the Sales Managers and Customers throughout the buying experience
- Complete necessary paperwork to ensure smooth sales process
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
