Evening Detailer

We're seeking a  Evening Detailer  to join our team.

Detailer Responsibilities;

• Cleaning

  Wash, vacuum, buff, and wax the vehicle. They may also shampoo and deodorize the interior seats and floors. 

   

  Protecting

  Apply protective treatments to minimize future damage. This may include polishing and sealing the exterior with protective coatings. 

   

  Inspecting

  Assess the condition of the vehicle's interior and exterior, and document any issues. 

   

  Communicating

  Listen to and understand the customer's needs, and communicate to deliver on those expectations. 

   

  Maintaining supplies

  Monitor supply inventory and order tools and cleaning supplies as necessary. 

   

  Driving

  Drive vehicles to or from workshops or customers' workplaces or homes.

Detailer / Lot Valet  Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a friendly and customer service focused approach to conducting business
• Move vehicles in and out of technician stalls very carefully
• Maintain cleanliness inside/outside customer and loaner vehicles
• Multitask and work under pressure
• Willingness to take initiative
• Utilize computers easily and effectively
• Complete other tasks and duties as assigned

Detailer

• Customer service experience preferred
• Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
• Ability to work within team philosophy
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Capable of learning and adapting to new processes
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• High School Diploma and or one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exhibit detailed follow-up skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently without direction as well as within a team
• Be proactive in job responsibilities, career, business growth and daily development
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screening
