Aggregate Production Supervisor

What you’ll do

· Supervise and direct day to day aggregate processing operations including the managing, leading and training of employees on the proper operation of all aggregate processing equipment and conveyance systems.

· Have a full understanding of quality control associated with aggregate production including adjustments that may need to be made during the manufacturing process to ensure products produced meet or exceed the required specifications.

· Evaluate, problem solve, plan and organize daily production and preventative maintenance.

· Maintain safety and mining procedures at all times and comply with the regulations of all jurisdictional authorities (MSHA, OSHA, DOE, EPA, County, State, etc).

· Operate various types of heavy equipment such as front end loaders, backhoes, man-lifts, forklifts, cranes and other related equipment that may be necessary to safely and efficiently complete the job.

· Perform various tasks with basic hand, electric, pneumatic and computerized tools.

· Approves purchases of material that may be necessary to complete assigned duties and tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

· 3 years’ of supervisory experience in aggregate processing plants.

· Experience in391 welding, cutting and basic fabrications.

· A self-starter who can 1) work independently, diligently and responsibly with minimal supervision 2) work as a member of a team 3) manage their time wisely 4) multi-task 5) meet a deadline 6) be a leader and be accountable.

· Honest, responsible and trustworthy with confidential information.

· The ability to represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.

· Excellent in communication skills, including the ability to apply both written and verbal instructions in an industrial environment.

· Have the ability and desire to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

· Have a valid WA State Driver’s license with a clean and insurable driving record and be capable of maintaining a clean and insurable driving record.

· Experience in the Aggregates industry is highly desired.

· A high school diploma or equivalent.
