What You’ll Do
As an HR Coordinator at Miles Enterprise Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment and employee engagement efforts that contribute to team growth and a strong workplace culture. You will manage and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process through digital platforms, coordinate candidate communications, and support the hiring team in identifying top talent aligned with our core values.
In addition to recruitment, you will assist with the planning and execution of team events and engagement initiatives, helping to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Your contributions will directly support our mission to attract, retain, and grow a diverse and values-driven workforce.
Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for field technicians using the FieldAxis platform- Maintain accurate employee records, credentials, and compliance documentation
- Track and support timekeeping, shift assignments, and job scheduling
- Assist with background checks, drug screenings, and employment verifications
- Monitor certification renewals, training completion, and field readiness requirements
- Act as a liaison between HR, operations, and the FieldAxis support team
- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, scheduling, and system access
- Support reporting and analytics related to workforce deployment and HR compliance
- Assist in improving and documenting HR processes within the FieldAxis system
- Leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Management Cloud to support internal workflows
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative support, preferably in a staffing or field services environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Management Cloud
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital workforce systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with digital platforms and portals
- Experience supporting workforce operations across multiple job sites or clients
- Familiarity with compliance standards in service, construction, or field-based industries
- Knowledge of applicants and talent management workflows
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus
