Consultants work across our client engagements focusing on developing our clients' executive-level talent to help them reach their full potential, thereby driving high performance for their businesses. This is a hybrid position, based out of our New York City Headquarters.
Job Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for providing support across the breadth of TMG's client engagements, including (but not limited to) executive assessments, succession planning, executive coaching, team effectiveness offsites, group facilitations / workshops, organizational research, etc. Primary responsibilities for the role include :
- Preparing written reports and client presentations for C-level client engagements
- Preparing business development materials to support the pursuit of new business / upsell at existing clients
- Conducting required research, market analysis, and data gathering in support of client engagements
- Conducting phone calls with executives at our clients to collect data and feedback for executive assessment engagements
- Compiling reports in support of executive development and coaching engagements
- Reviewing and editing client deliverables to ensure formatting is consistent and to correct any grammatical / syntax errors
- Providing support for the development of intellectual capital during or following project assignments
- Providing project management oversight and direction across a number of clients

TMG provides a competitive base salary, benefits and bonus package for our employees and new joiners. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for new joiners for this role is $110,000 - $160,000. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to an individual's experience and expertise.
