Senior Consultant

Senior Consultants are responsible for helping to manage multiple client engagements as well as providing support across all service lines for TMG Partners. As a Sr. Consultant, you will develop our clients' executive-level talent to help them reach their full potential, thereby driving high performance for their businesses. This is a hybrid position based out of our New York City Headquarters.
Job Responsibilities :
- Participate in C-level client facing activities and prepare supporting written reports, client presentations, and business development materials
- Provide project management oversight and direction across a number of clients
- Engage in the pursuit of upsell at existing clients and participate in the pursuit of new business
- Provide support for the development of intellectual capital during or following project assignments
- Conduct required research, market analysis, and some data gathering in support of client engagements
- Analyze and compile reports in support of executive development and coaching engagements

TMG provides a competitive base salary, benefits and bonus package for our employees and new joiners. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for new joiners for this role is $150,000 - $230,000. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to an individual's experience and expertise.
