MileStone Community Builder is looking to hire driven, energetic, and enthusiastic sales people to join our growing salesforce. Extensive paid training program.
Responsibilities
- Receiving walk-in traffic and collecting visitors’ information
- Keeping the model clean and well-maintained
- Organizing marketing collateral
- Running a planned and professional sales process
- Maintain communication and actively participating in the transaction from contract to closing.
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills a must
- Ability to cooperate and coordinate interdepartmentally with Marketing, Purchasing, and Construction
- Community management
- Strong self lead marketing
Qualifications:
- No experience in new home sales required, must have at least 1 year real estate, mortgage, or other sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Our ideal candidate is extremely comfortable learning new technologies, has a positive attitude, enjoys helping people and is a team player.
Schedule: Must be available to work Fridays and weekends. Two set days off, back to back and during the week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
