Job Overview :
Milestone Education specializes in nurturing local childcare brands, leveraging the resources of a larger network while maintaining the community feel of a smaller company. As we expand, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Traveling Quality Support Specialist for Early Childhood Education . This role is crucial in ensuring our growing network of 60 centers across nine states achieves and maintains the highest educational standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the VP of Quality and Academics to uphold and enhance educational quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive training for teachers and directors on state QR standards, ECERS, ITERS, ERS-3, and various other national accreditations.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of educational materials and supplies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school directors, prioritizing effective communication and trust.
- Ensure schools can independently implement training and maintain standards for Quality Reviews.
- Provide focused support to individual schools or areas, offering in-depth guidance and assessments.
- Extensive travel, up to 90%, to deliver on-site training and support.
