Overview:
The Milestone Mpact Internship Program is a dynamic, hands-on program designed for students with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for making a difference. This opportunity will immerse you in real-world business experiences. You won’t just be observing—you’ll be leading, making decisions, and driving change as part of a faith-based organization dedicated to using business as a tool for God’s glory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership & Leadership: Take initiative and ownership of projects, making meaningful decisions that contribute to business growth and impact.
• The Big Project: Collaborate with fellow interns on a major business challenge, learning to problem-solve, innovate, and execute a solution.
• Hands-On Business Experience: Gain practical experience by working in different departments and contributing to ongoing business operations.
• Learning & Mentorship: Engage in weekly learning sessions through influential business books and personal mentorship from the CEO, focusing on leadership development and business acumen.
• Transformational Kickoff: Start the summer with an impactful kickoff trip designed to build relationships, set goals, and align the team’s vision for the internship.
