Job Summary

As the Waste Solutions Coordinator at Milestone Industrial, you will have a critical role in supporting the company's growth across the Industrial Waste sector. This role is vital to ensuring excellent communication with customers, handling inquiries related to industrial waste management, and facilitating services between customers and operational teams. You will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers regarding waste disposal, regulatory compliance, and service scheduling. You will work directly with the sales, approvals, and operations teams, utilizing both internal and external resources to drive a positive customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs to ensure service satisfaction
• Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience
• Act as a main contact for customer inquiries on waste management services, pricing, and scheduling
• Support lead generation and strategic customer opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer and profile information in CRM
• Communicate schedules, invoices, and order updates with customers and vendors
• Assist with vendor qualification, setup, and maintain purchase order logs
• Process and verify orders for waste services, coordinating with operations for scheduling
• Assist in the invoicing and collections process
• Proactively work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent service disruptions
• Keep accurate records of interactions, service requests, and compliance documents
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure regulatory accuracy for customer waste profiles
• Contribute to reports and audits related to customer activities, complaints, and resolutions
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory updates to deliver reliable information
