I. Job Summary
The Salesforce Solutions Architect will lead the technical design, development, and code review for enhancements to our CRM and Marketing Cloud applications. This role requires active participation in design sessions with business analysts, product owners, and other technical team members, while showcasing exceptional leadership skills.
This position is essential for guiding the design and building of solution components, developing unit tests, and ensuring a quality-focused development lifecycle. Collaboration with the leadership team is crucial to align business needs with optimal technical solutions. You will have the opportunity to research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver effective solutions that resonate with both business and technology strategies. Staying updated with the evolving Salesforce technology stack is imperative for success in this role.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To excel in this position, the individual must successfully perform a range of duties including :
- Technical Solution Lead for CRM Platform
Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce Enterprise Service Cloud implementations.
Transform product requirements into a solid architecture and design blueprint.
Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization methodologies.
III. Supervisory Responsibilities
This role involves coaching and mentoring junior analysts and serving as a team leader on complex systems projects.
IV. Qualifications
The qualifications to successfully perform this job include :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
Salesforce Architect Domain Certifications.
Exceptional communication skills; able to address audiences from technical teams to senior leadership.
