Job Summary
Milestone Health Partners of Williston is growing and seeking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing team. We value providing high quality care to patients to meet each milestone across the lifespan and place an emphasis on career development for our staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides applied behavior analytic assessment, consultation, therapy and treatment planning for patient care
- Directs and educates caregivers and Registered Behavior Technicians on implementing therapy as designed
- Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationship with the patients
- Monitors and assesses performance of Registered Behavior Technicians, patients, and organizations to ensure correct treatment
- Collaborates with family and treatment team members to develop effective treatment plan
- Maintains confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information
- Documents, maintains records, and bills in designated systems
- Demonstrates time management to complete all required documentation for medical records and billing
- Participates in treatment team, staff, and professional meetings
- Works collaboratively with other disciplines
- Presents on behavioral health topics to individuals in the community

Requirements and Qualifications
- Current licensure for Board Certified Behavioral Analyst for North Dakota, Montana license may be requested
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst, (BCBA) certification
- Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism or related field
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate and sensitive to patients’ needs and concerns
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
