We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create positive behavioral outcomes and promote independence.Key Responsibilities : -Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data.-Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on evidence-based practices.-Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.-Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent implementation of interventions.-Monitor client progress, adjust treatment strategies as needed, and document sessions according to industry standards.-Provide parent training and support to improve carryover of behavioral strategies in home and community settings.-Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
