Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to department managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards and promptly addressing concerns.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Develop and train employees, ensuring continuous improvement in service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local community partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and occupancy rates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- For Assistant General Manager: Minimum 2 years of hotel management experience in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel operations systems is recommended - Choice Advantage
- Experience with brand standards and hospitality compliance regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus, but not required.
