Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across the designated region. Responsibilities
- Manage an existing book of business around your specific area
- Train and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows, to expand the customer base.
Experience
- Proven experience in the insurance industry or outside sales is helpful but not required
- Experience managing a team or leading projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
