Description:

Milestone Marketing Group is a nationally recognized marketing firm that sells ads for luxury magazines, dedicated to growing local businesses.

We need an office manager with experience doing payroll, customer service, contracts, and other office work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Prepare communications, such as contracts, emails, and other correspondence
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Manage payroll and perform bookkeeping as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delray Beach, FL 33445: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
