Our practice is seeking a full-time scheduling coordinator to manage the calendars of our neuropsychological team at the practice. The scheduling coordinator will assist clients in scheduling diagnostic evaluations, recurring therapy, school observations, etc. They will also assist their clinicians in scheduling supervisions, internal meetings, consultations with outside professionals, events, workshops, etc. They will need to track patient sessions that occur remotely or in-person and maintain synced Zoom calendars for virtual appointments. They will need to organize and file patient documents that are sent for clinical review, notify clients of Milestones Psychology's policies and procedures, and redirect queries to other members of the team when necessary.
This position is full-time and will be primarily in-person with 1 day remote a week. This position is ideal for someone with a background and interest in psychology and childhood education. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong multitasking and organizational skills. Given the nature of the position, the ideal candidate would also be mature, compassionate, and have a warm personality. Moreover, a large portion of the day is spent calling and emailing families, and a strong sense of customer service and concierge-style engagement is a must.

Responsibilities

- Assist clinicians in scheduling supervisions, internal meetings, consultations with outside professionals, events, workshops etc.
- Input client information into EHR database
- Manage the front desk and the practice space when scheduled onsite.
- Scan and file patient documents, notify clients of Milestones policies and procedures, and redirect queries to other members of the team when necessary
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience or education in mental and behavioral health or childhood education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
- Strong listening, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
Salary Benefits:
