Key Responsibilities
As a graduate practical nurse, your primary responsibility will be to deliver efficient and effective nursing care to our patients and residents. You will work under the direction of a registered nurse and contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data and report changes in condition
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff
