Automotive Service Advisor / Manager – Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Manager to lead our high-performance team. Your mission? To deliver top-tier customer service, oversee daily operations, and ensure every vehicle leaves our shop in peak condition.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians and service advisors
 🔹 Ensure service work is completed efficiently and meets high-quality standards
 🔹 Foster a customer-first approach, addressing concerns and providing expert recommendations
 🔹 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repairs, and service history
 🔹 Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

Required Experience & Skills:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Manager
Strong knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics
Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales/service goals
  Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

Auto estimating
 Automotive sales & service writing
 Cash handling
