Job Summary: Milford Counseling is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Services Manager to oversee our administrative operations and enhance efficiency across our growing behavioral healthcare team. This role involves optimizing workflows, managing records and office operations, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee and manage records, scheduling, and office operations to ensure seamless workflow and compliance with procedures and regulations.
- Procedure Development: Establish and refine office procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise administrative team members, implementing cross-training strategies to improve flexibility and team efficiency.
- Budget and Financial Management: Assist with financial operations, including QuickBooks management, budgeting, and ensuring cost-effective office administration.
- Facility and Office Management: Maintain office supplies, coordinate mail distribution, and oversee light custodial tasks to ensure a functional and professional workspace.
- Internal Communication: Strengthen internal communication between departments, fostering collaboration and operational alignment.

Qualifications:
