Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer to join our team at MilfordMD in Milford, PA. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional cosmetic dermatology services.
You will be responsible for driving new patient acquisition and revenue
growth by developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies, overseeing
lead generation initiatives, managing our inquiry response team, and building strong
relationships with potential clients to promote the practice's aesthetic services.
Base pay and commissions may result in over $200,000 in annual income with upside and no cap
or limit. The winning candidate must be willing to work in a sleeves-rolled up, hands-on fashion,
doing whatever it takes to help the team grow and rocket sales.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends and demographics to identify target
audiences and develop effective sales strategies to reach them. Create and implement new
and expand existing sales funnels, including lead generation campaigns, qualification
processes, and closing techniques. Set sales goals and quotas for the sales team, tracking
progress and making adjustments as needed. Improve all aspects of our marketing and
sales efforts including social media, website, email and text campaigns, seminars, etc.
Sales - assist prospective patients in making comfortable and confident decisions to
undergo surgery and non-surgical services through extensive phone conversations and
live consultations. 5 days per week will be focused on selling, driving inquiries to
purchase, and other sales-related functions. Must be very comfortable with quoting and
asking patients to proceed with procedures and treatments ranging from $10,000 to over
$50,000 is a must.
Lead Generation and Management: Oversee lead generation activities through various
channels such as online marketing, social media, SEO, email campaigns, and strategic
partnerships. Develop lead nurturing strategies to qualify potential patients and guide
them through the sales process. Manage the CRM system to track lead activity and ensure
timely follow-up.

Work with and further train other staff members to assist in the process of increasing
sales.
Contact 50-100 patients each day, five days per week, as part of the ongoing engagement
and sales process. The ideal candidate loves sales, working with people by phone, face to
face, by text and over email, and enjoys contacting hundreds of people per week.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective digital marketing
campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, social media content, and digital ads.
Content Creation & Management: Create engaging content across digital platforms
(social media, website, and email) and manage print materials such as brochures and
flyers.
Video Content Production: Manage video shoots, ensuring high-quality, impactful video
content that aligns with the practice’s brand and marketing goals.
Physician Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional business owners
and healthcare professionals to drive patient referrals and expand our network.
Website Management: Regularly update the website with current before and after
photography and other content.
Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, seminars
and community events to boost practice growth and engage with potential patients.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the MilfordMD team, front-office staff
and physicians to ensure seamless marketing efforts and a superior patient experience.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, adjust campaigns as
necessary, and create regular eports on campaign performance.
The selected candidate will report directly to the physician owners.
Job Requirements - Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Required), e.g. marketing, communications or related field
Native fluency in the English language and American culture. A second language, such
as Spanish, would be a plus
Experience: 1-3 years of sales – preferably in cosmetic medical, plastic surgery, or
cosmetic dermatology field or similar - ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate prior
results and a track record of achievement and leadership on former teams. This position is
not an administrative position with marketing and sales work. It is a marketing and sales
position with administrative work. If the candidate does not have sales experience in the
cosmetic field they must have some related experience in the medical field and have an
understanding of the vocabulary of medicine and cosmetic procedures.
Belief in the power of aesthetic surgery to build confidence and change the lives of
appropriate candidates for the better.
Must be comfortable presenting 5 figure pricing with confidence. Understanding of how
to sell luxury items by appealing to luxury buyers is a must.
Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Expertise in social media, content creation, video production, digital marketing, website
management (please see www.MilfordMD.com and on IG and FB…) and performance
reporting a must.
Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Excellent follow-up skills – a commitment to timely task completion without
compromising quality is a must.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, including project management
Previous experience with Google Business Suite online reputation management is a plus
Strong computer and typing skills - typing no less than 50-55 wpm.
Excellent, fast computer skills required. Must be proficient using the Adobe Suite (e.g.
Photoshop) at a very competent professional level. This is not a trainee position.
Professionalism in dress and presentation, honesty, excellent work ethic, and positive
attitude a must.
Ability to excel individually as well as motivate and work with our team.
